ABOUT ME

My name is Emma Scarton and I am a fourth year bioengineering student at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering.  In addition to engineering, I have a minor in French, and have studied abroad in Paris, France.

I am a Product Development Engineering Intern at Teleflex Medical OEM.  In particular, I assist with capability projects, new product development, statistical analysis, modeling in CAD software, and creation/review of technical documents, among many other things.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, playing the piano, taking pictures, reading, and listening to music.

I am a hard worker and always put my all into everything.  I love to learn and cannot wait to continue my studies in engineering.
